Chris French was born in the United Kingdom and completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
at the University of Nottingham.

After studying Accountancy with one of the top 20 firms in the UK, he embarked on his career in the recruitment industry
in 1979 and started his own company in 1981 working in all business sectors. From 1986 the company specialised in head-hunting for major institutions in the financial and banking sectors, specifically within the City of London but also worldwide.

It is a measure of his success and integrity, that in a sea where there are many sharks, several of his most senior clients
had, some years before, originally been candidates for trainee or new-graduate positions.

The Company floated on the stock exchange in 2006 with over 100 staff and shortly afterwards Chris left the recruitment industry after 27 years.

Chris now acts as a business mentor, executive coach and author. In addition, in keeping with his belief that interviewing
is a skill which you must improve upon throughout your career, he conducts seminars, webinars and one-to-one coaching
to people of all ages from 16 to 60 on interview techniques.
